We are a family run business covering Merseyside, Cheshire and Manchester areas and have been in business for over 35 years and cover all aspects of property maintenance, including joinery, plumbing, roofing, electrical, gas works, plasterwork's, decoration, drainage and also green energy installations, we specialise in returning properties to a rentable / saleable standard. Basically there is no job on or in a building that we don’t cover.

We have developed this versatile service over our years of trading to meet the needs of our clients who are mostly large scale Housing Associations and student’s accommodation.

We also take on commercial works and private residential works such as kitchen and bathroom installations, driveways and any other home improvements and we run a dedicated 24hr emergency call out service for all our clients and anybody else who may need us.
